Will has over thirty years experience in Marketing and Management, with additional experience in the U.S. Court System, having been a Deputy Marshal in the County of Los Angeles and owned and managed an attorney service for several years. He has worked in the field of Insurance, Real Estate and Management Consulting. As General Sales Manager of a Century City based corporation (real estate development and insurance), an I.C.Industries Affiliate, was responsible for coordinating a training program to develop marketing skills for employee trainees to sell insurance and real estate products, as well as assist in preparing them to qualify for their Insurance and Real Estate licenses.
Will's financial interest and investments are in the field of mining and development of ore reserves owned that can be joint ventured or acquired and managed by Will Eutsey Companies, which contain precious metals, gold, silver and platinum.
For the past twenty years he has been working in conjunction with other business associates who have developed the technology to process and extract various precious metals from different ore reserves and have developed the plans and flow charts to construct and bring on line full commercial mining, concentrating and recovery facilities. He is continuously searching for oil and natural gas reserves, water rights and reserves, real estate undeveloped land, marine deposit reserves (gemstones), for future development to enhance the cash flow of his companies.

Construction and Project Management Advisor
The construction-real estate acquisition and project manager-advisor has over 27 years in the construction industry and another 20 years of cost out and budgeting, project management, construction management, permitting, cost estimating and contract administration within the public works and building construction industries. He brings with him a vast knowledge of time scheduling and cost control. He has extensive experience in managing and directing multi-faceted phases of major construction projects. Having worked on projects ranging from single family housing to managing one of the State of California's Cal-Trans freeway budgets totaling more than $569 Million in just one of his projects for the state. While with Cal-Trans he sucessfully developed and managed new strategies in scheduling and marketing techniques to enhance business unit goals. He is a graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and education. His on time and on budget scheduling philosophy becomes essential for their projects. He is a member of CMMA and Associated General Contractors of America. He has extensive training in the use of cost estimating, project accounting and scheduling software. That expertise will be invaluable, as the long-term development projects (mining, real estate construction-rehab, new energy facilities, entertainment complexes) are brought on-line. His intimate knowledge will also facilitate expedited completion and turn-around of investment capital.
